Can I purchase items if I do not reside in the UK?
We now offer international delivery to any worldwide destination. You will be given the price of the shipment of your item on checkout.
If you see an item that is currently not available to be shipped abroad please email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do arrange delivery.
Why do postage and returns policies vary from seller to seller?
Because every seller sells independently of each other and different items take different amounts of time to make and have different postage requirements.
What happens if there is a problem receiving my purchase?
In the first instance we kindly ask you to contact the seller if you have not received your order within the timeframe given by the seller in their despatch confirmation email to you. If after contacting the seller your problem is still unresolved, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
What happens if there is a problem with my purchased item?

Many of our sellers offer refunds or exchanges for damaged or faulty items, but please note, returns policies vary from seller to seller and you are asked to read these carefully before making any purchases.
