If you are not happy with your Eclectic Eccentricity purchase, then I am happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is returned to me, in it's original condition with tags and unworn, within 7 days of receipt. I recommend using a recorded delivery service as Eclectic Eccentricity can not be held responsible for any item which is either lost or damaged in transit.
