In the unlikely event you don’t absolutely love your Dazed Dorothy accessory, don’t worry as items can be exchanged or refunded if they are returned unused, undamaged & in appropriate packaging within 7 working days after delivery. Please remember to ensure you add adequate postal insurance as there can be no refund for returns lost in the post. We regret that we will also not be able to refund postage unless the item is faulty.
