Description
The Dodo was a clumsy flightless bird who lived on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. Lewis Carroll reputedly used the Dodo in the Natural History museum in Oxford for the character of the Dodo in Alice's Adventure in Wonderland. The Dodo displayed there is on of the few rare surviving specimens anywhere in the world.
I love the museum and this little trinket is an idea I had whilst perusing the exhibits there recently. It is one of my most favourite places to spend an afternoon with my sketchbook.
This is a ring is made with a picture of a pink Dodo that is exclusive to Hoolala.
The ring is adjustable so one size fits all. The top of the ring measures about 19mm x 24mm. If you are unsure please send me the size of your digit and I will take a measurement with my ring sizer.
